The Smile Experiment is an application designed to make this promise real by letting people know how they really feel in front of their computer screen—to connect to those feelings and help people navigate the web in a more emotional way.

The Smile Experiment is a browser application that uses webcam and facial tracking software. Once downloaded, it allows the user's browser to work in-sync with their webcam in tracking facial features
and smiling habits related to their website browsing.
With facial recognition, we are able to track the user's facial moods.
Creating Smilemarks, users can return to sites that make them feel the most positive.
